At first glance, the jewelry and paper goods are certainly covetable...but then you hear the story behind them. Stories of Ethiopian women taking old bullet shells found in their war ravaged villages, and turning them into the delicate beads used in the necklaces to benefit victims of HIV/AIDS. Stories of marginalized women in India who gain employment and sustainability for themselves
and their families by crafting stationery and journals from 100% recycled materials. Yea. Wow. It's just a beautiful thing all around.
