I love this look....so girly and fun, but very lady-like. The metallic pleats, flirty scarf, plush coat, whimsical polka dots, and casual bag are working in perfect harmony. Whoever this chick is, she totally nailed it. A great transitional outfit for this winter-to-spring weather.
