I just love this picture - it makes me happy. This woman's retro, punky style with a dash of cheekiness is just too fab. I tend to dress mostly in neutrals - black, grey, olive green, navy, creme- and this is a fun way to inject serious color into everyday dressing without looking like a clown. I dig it.
