I need a new 'do....

I desperately need to get a hair cut, and am having a tough time finding a salon in Boston that is amazing but affordable. Any suggestions, Boston readers???

My hair right now is super similar to Sienna Miller's (left photo), and I am contemplating the 3 cuts to the right. I'm loving the idea of ombré color a la Lily Aldridge, a shorter wispy 'do, or just bangin' it out like Kate Moss. What looks are you liking???
